No Vacancy: Superior Steel Inc. is the newest tenant in the Seaway Port Authority-owned Industrial Building, filling the last space available for lease in that complex. The company manufactures steel products including mock airplanes used in firefighter training exercises. Lake Superior Warehousing Co., Inc., which operates the Port Authority owned-Clure Public Marine Terminal cargo facilities, provided two forklifts to tandem-lift a specialized crane constructed by North States Crane & Hoist into place for Superior Steel's fabrication shop.
