Duluth Airpark

Adjacent to Duluth International Airport, the Airpark is a 300-acre modern light manufacturing industrial park, with lots ranging from one to five acres. Currently, 40 private companies with over 800 employees are located within Phases I and II. Businesses are diverse and include printing companies, a diagnostic medical systems supply company, construction supply firms, aerospace machining operations, and a variety of engineering and professional offices. Municipal utilities including sewer, water, and gas are directly adjacent to each lot.
