On the front: The Lake
Superior is spending her last months berthed at the Duluth
Entertainment and Convention Center. Officials plan to remove
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers tug from the slip, allowing
tourists to spend more time on two additional floating attractions
the retired ore carrier William A. Irvin and
the former Coast Guard cutter Sundew, which opened for
tours last July after its May decommissioning.

Duluth's Clure Public Marine Terminal, where the vessel would
be berthed.
