Area sixth grade students boarded the harbor excursion vessel Vista Star for the seventh annual series of River Quest educational cruises. Lead sponsored by the Seaway Port Authority of Duluth, this three-day program is designed to provide hands-on experience for students to increase their awareness of the utilization and preservation of the St. Louis River estuary.
