| Bill
Kron was elected president of the Port Authority's Board
of Commissioners for the 2007 fiscal year. He was originally appointed
to the Port Authority's Board of Commissioners by the St. Louis County
Commission in January 1992. His present term expires in December 2011.
Kron has served as a St. Louis County Board since 1977. He has functioned
as the chairman of various committees within that board over the years,
gaining invaluable experience in sailing the often turbulent waters
of local politics. Kron's background includes experience in the U.S.
Navy, steel plant worker, schoolteacher and small business operator.
He has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Minnesota,
Duluth.

Steve
Raukar was elected vice president of the Port Authority's
Board of Commissioners for the fiscal years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. He
was appointed to the Port Authority's Board of Commissioners in January
1998 by the St. Louis County Board. His term expires in December 2009.
Raukar is a St. Louis County Commissioner, originally elected to the
County Board's Seventh District in 1989. He has served as chair in
1994, 2000, and 2004, and serves on numerous additional committees,
boards and commissions. He is currently chair of the St. Louis County
Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
the Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency, the St. Louis and Lake
Counties Regional Railroad Authority, and the Northeast Waste Advisory
Committee. A native of Hibbing, Raukar is a 1974 graduate of St. Cloud
State University. His professional background includes eight years
in advertising at the Hibbing Daily Tribune, an art and photography
teacher in Nashwauk, Minn., and as a maintenance mechanic apprentice
at National Steel in the taconite mining industry. He also worked
in the information office of then-Lieutenant Governor Rudy Perpich
and as liaison to the Minnesota State Arts Board and Bicentennial
Commission. He began his elected public service in 1983, serving six
years on the Hibbing School Board.

Janet
E. Nelson was elected secretary of the Port Authority's Board
of Commissioners for the 2007 fiscal year. Originally appointed to
the board by the Duluth City Council in May 1994, her present term
expires in October 2008. Nelson is president of Local 2980, American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) and a
national executive board member of the Coalition of Labor
Union Women. She was a founding member of the Arrowhead Chapter of
the Coalition and served as its first president. She is a native of Duluth and is employed by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture in St. Paul.

Thomas
A. Clure, the son of the namesake of Duluth's Clure Public
Marine Terminal, was appointed a Duluth Seaway Port Authority Commissioner
by the Duluth City Council in June 2001. He was elected
treasurer of the Port Authority’s Board of Commissioners for
the 2007 fiscal year. Clure is an
attorney practicing law with the Johnson Killen & Seiler, P.A.,
law firm. He practices in admiralty law as well as in corporate and
business law and real estate development and financing. He has been
licensed in Minnesota since 1963 and in Wisconsin since 1987. He is
a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States. He
served as the past president and board member of the Lake Superior
Marine Museum and currently serves on the board of directors of Duluth's
Pioneer National Bank and the board of directors of GPM Inc.

| Cal Larson was appointed to a six-year term as a
Duluth Seaway Port Authority commissioner by Minnesota Governor Tim
Pawlenty in November, 2003. Larson, who began his legislative service
in the Minnesota House of Representatives in 1966, was elected to
the Minnesota Senate in 1986, where he served until 2006. A native of Fergus Falls, Minn., Larson received a B.A. degree
from Concordia College, Moorhead, and served in the U.S. Navy during
the Korean War. He is former president of the Fergus Falls Rotary
Club and former chair of the Concordia College Board of Regents. Larson
and his wife, Loretta, reside in Fergus Falls.

Ray
Klosowski, retired Duluth Airport Authority Executive Director,
was appointed to a six-year term as a Duluth Seaway Port Authority commissioner
by the Duluth City Council in October, 2004. Klosowski, a retired Brigadier
General, commanded the 148th Fighter Wing at Duluth from 1989 to 1995
and the Minnesota Air National Guard from 1995 to 1997. He also serves
on the Board of Directors for the Richard I. Bong Heritage Center, Superior,
Wis. and the community advisory committee of Lake Superior College.
Born in Moose Lake, Minn., Klosowski resides in Duluth. He is a graduate of Duluth Central High School and U.M.D.

Personnel Decisions International, Minneapolis, Minn., Chairman of
the Board and Chief Executive Officer Lowell Hellervik, Ph.D.,
was in April 2007 appointed a Duluth Seaway Port Authority Commissioner
by Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty.
Hellervik
began his career at PDI in 1967, was named President in 1975, and
became Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in 1989.
A professional Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Hellervik devotes
his energy to succession consulting, leadership development, and organizational
effectiveness consulting. His work involves helping executives clarify
objectives for organizational change, then designing and executing
a process to achieve their objectives.
Hellervik
completed his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota, where he is currently
on the adjunct staff as a Clinical Associate Professor. He and PDI
have also endowed several academic chairs at the U of M.
In addition
to his multiple professional contributions, Hellervik is an entrepreneur
and business leader. Under his direction, PDI has grown from a small,
local consulting firm to a premier, international consulting firm
with 30 operating offices around the world.
