Fall 2000. The Dutch vessel Stellanova recently delivered several record-breaking pieces of equipment to the Port. The pieces, built in Japan and destined for a $3.5 billion oil sands mine, extraction and upgrading project in northern Alberta, made up the largest multiple railcar shipment to move through the Port of Duluth-Superior.
